So how much?

Our prices are tailored to our clients individual needs and we aim to make I.T. support and computer repairs affordable, we want our clients to do our advertising for us and believe that every new client is worth two more from word of mouth recommendation. The following should be used as a guideline only and if you have any queries or problems which do not fall into the headings below then give us a call and we will give you a free no obligation no hassle quote.

All prices are non vateable. Clients will be advised of any extra costs they may incur once inspection has taken place and service required adjusted accordingly. All clients will be invoiced and our standard terms are 14 days. The client will always be left with a satisfactory resolution or they will not be charged. Sensible PC Solutions Ltd will not be held responsible for any data lost during repair procedure and clients are responsible for the safety of their data. Our engineers will gladly take a full backup of data before work commences if required.

Workshop computer inspection - We will inspect your computer and quote accordingly if work is not undertaken then the client will incur an inspection charge of £25
Workshop computer repair - The Client delivers & picks up the system from our offices in Lingfield from £66 to £99
Onsite same day emergency support - Drop everything Onsite within 2 hours (requested) from £75 first hour £40 subsequent hours
Onsite computer support - normally next day pre-arranged 2 hour time slot From £50 first hour £30 second hour and £40 subsequent hours
Onsite pickup & return - We pickup your system, Repair it, Deliver it, Re-install and test it - from £99 to £125
Data recovery - format recovery, accidental deletion, hard drive failure, external Hard drive failure - Fixed £150
Remote online computer support - We take control of your computer from our offices and repair problems - Fixed £1.00 per minute
Standard home preventative maintenance contract - We come and service your system twice a year and all subsequent maintenance is free (conditions apply) £125.00 first machine then £99 per machine there after
Standard business preventative maintenance contract - desktop and laptop Support(conditions apply) and two services a year - ASK FOR QUOTE
Retained business preventative Maintenance contact - A one off retainer fee, two free onsite services a year Garanteed next day support,onsite Network support and remote support charged at a 50% reduction £20 an hour - ASK FOR QUOTE
Full environment Support - We become your IT Dept, remote backup, remote access, full Desktop and laptop support, 4 hours free support a month, two services a year, backup monitored by us, server health monitored by us, free telephone support. 7 days a week 24 hours a day 365 days a year. - ASK FOR QUOTE

All our work is done to a time scale and budgets to suit both our clients and us and we aim to meet that criteria, however computers and their problems are not an exact science and unforseen problems often occur, when this happens we will always contact you before making a decision.
